Advanced Truck Driver Training Rig – Triple Screen

This Advanced Rig takes the best of the best parts from around the world to build a realistic version of a Truck in your simulation.

Frame – The base is made out of furniture grade 38mm box section 1.6mm thick so is easy and light but very strong with 25×25 uprights and crossbars. Includes the fully adjustable triple mount with 3 wall mount TV mounts in a fully enclosed area to reduce outside interference. We use alloy treadplate for the floor and front panel to mount the pedals onto. Colour scheme is either powdercoated or 2pac in your choice of colour.

Seat – We source a brand new Truck seat on this rig along with a full MOTION PLATFORM for the seat to mount to. This gives slight movements into the seat depending on what is happening to the driver.. Be it a rumble strip, a railway crossing, sudden stop, all sorts of movements seen inside the software are going to effect the movement of the seat to increase the level of immersion and make it feel more realistic.

Wheel – A real Truck cab steering wheel and column with the real levers attached for lights and wipers etc, all working inside the software.

Pedals – The real pedals from a proper truck, to give you the actual pressures from each pedal with realistic feel and movement, then calibrated into the software.

Shifter – Designed specifically for this purpose a gearbox assembly that is as close to real as is possible, with several levels of adjustment for the trainer to make slight changes to each gate feel. The shifter knob is fitted in a correct EATON 18 speed shifter pattern top to enable 18 speed shift training.

TV – Three Brand new 40″ TV’s with 4k definition so the quality of view is very good. Standard wall TV mount is used so the TV can be removed very easily. The entire area is screened so there is no interference from outside the software to increase immersion into the driving.

Dashboard – A proper Truck dash with all working parts including the switches, buttons, Brakes etc.

PC – We use proper Gaming PC built to spec with

• 2 x 1TB SSD drives with a ton of storage capacity.
• Intel 10000 chipset or a Ryzen 5 chipset with motherboard to suit.
• 64GB RAM,
• Nvidea GTX 3060 12GB DDR6 graphics card.
• 1000 watt psu
• Tower Case with lighting and fans
• Keyboard and mouse

Software – 3 great titles to train with as well as Assetto Corsa to play the V8 supercars on Bathurst in your spare time.

American Truck Simulator is the title with the long nose trucks – Kenworth, Western Star, International, Peterbuilt, plus many add ons and upgrades. All sorts of trailer combinations are an option. The software does of course drive on the other side of the road but we find that the mind adapts fairly quickly and there is good immersion to be able to learn the basics without too many crashes.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 – This is the Cab Over Engine trucks such as Scania, DAF, Volvo, Mercedes, Renault, and uses the UK as a driving ground so we use our side of the road for this model. Great immersion and with a wide range of 12 speed trucks, which can be set to automatic as well, the learning curve here is really enhanced. Many trailer combos and types of loads.

Farming Simulator 2019 – Mining maps – Along with a host of normal Farming Equipment ranging from Tractors to Harvesters there is also Tippers, CAT 745, 733, 792 Mining Trucks available to train on in a real mine situational map.  Loaders of all descriptions are also in the mods.

LIVE Server – We run a 24/7 live server for the mining and excavator equipment so you can jump in and join our live chat channel and work with others learning to use any piece of equipment available.
